Your wedding day can be exciting, loving, busy, chaotic, hilarious, unpredictable and so much fun. I would love to be part of it. I have the gift of the gab, but I am also a very good listener. The perfect mix.
Hi, My name is Maureen Waterston but I often go by Mo. I have been with Celebrate People since 2019 and since then have officiated many weddings in beautiful places all over Scotland, including Edinburgh Zoo!

My mantra to you is that you have so much choice in what to bring to your ceremony.

When preparing for a wedding it is understandable that you can get caught up in the many aspects of the planning. I take pleasure in reminding you that you are the ceremony, you are the reason why people have gathered to celebrate, your love has brought everyone together. How great is that?

Many people feel relieved and empowered once they realise how much say they have in what to include in their ceremony. Which I love!! I have stories, just ask me.

I am very punctual, sometimes way too early, but I like to get a feel for the venue and tune into the vibe. It does give me goosebumps to see your vision before everyone arrives. I know your story and I get excited as I prepare to bring it all together.
